Deposit/Guarantee Requirements

Please make your reservation by contacting us by e-mail ( hotelcasavleria@gmail.com )

We will confirm your reservation a.s.a.p. and mail you all the information you requiry.

All reservations must be guaranteed with deposit payment at the time of booking. The deposit payment can be made by PayPal, Xoom, or bank transfer either in US$ or €, specification will be provided to you at the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation/No-show Policies

You may cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival. A 2 night room price will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 30 days prior to the arrival. A reservation that was not honored will result in a no-show charge equal to the deposit prior made

Taxes and Fees

Room & Restaurant rates are including the 16% tax So no hidden surprises for your reservation !! If you are satisfied, a tip for the employees is appreciated !

Extra Charges

Extra adult charge: $5 per night. Extra child charge (17 and under): $5 per night, no Rates are listed in US dollars except where otherwise noted.
